  20 minutes to get our meal and when it arived one burger was not what we ordered, one was missing and a coffee was missing. The rest if the food was cold - apart from the drink which had gone warm. The only other people in the resteraunt were friends of the staff - not buying anything just up for a chat, so there was no genuine reason for the delay.when we questioned the issue the girl gave us attitude - trying to be cool in front of her friends. We eventually got a refund and left. Wasted a total of 45 minutes of our lives each and got cranky.

  Staff just stand around in a dream world or have to finnish chatting fiirst and eventually serve you when it suits them ! Never known any other McDonald's like this and I've been to Mac's all over the world in my travels ?

  To whom may concern, I am very disgusted in the customer service that was served to my friend and I. We came in your store to get food and the girl at the front counter completely refused to serve us as well as making a big deal out of it. Also doing this in front of other customers. I was left feeling so uncomfortable and disappointed in the Service your crew provided. This is not appropriate behaviour and should not be encouraged nor acceptable in your store or any store. I hope this can change if I'm ever in store again but I can assure you it doesn't make me want to come back. Thank you
